Jamie has been intrigued with decorating and design from a very young age. She was having home interior parties at the age of twelve. Jamie’s parents allowed her to be creative and re- decorate their home. She continued that passion through college and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Arts with emphasis in Interior Design. She furthered her degree with a certificate in Kitchen and Bath design and found that’s where her passion in design was grounded. Jamie’s favorite part of design is creating a personalized space where her clients can feel at peace; a place where they can truly be themselves. Jamie loves to throw parties and be around her family and friends. She loves to plan activities and never has a dull moment in life. Jamie's hobbies include: gardening, crafts, softball, and working out at Fit body. She also volunteers at church where she has served as a deacon for seven years. When Leasha was a teenager, she was always finding pictures in magazines of furniture and asking her dad to help her make it in his garage. In the early 80's, her dad opened a kitchen and bath showroom in North Muskegon. He wanted her sisters and Leasha to be involved. Her sisters avoided the place while Leasha spent her evenings and weekends picking wallpapers, tiles, countertops and hardware for the displays. Her passion was ignited!
Since that time, Leasha has worked mostly in the kitchen cabinetry business other than a brief stint helping her sister with the creative side of her screen printing business. Leasha loves to take a poorly designed space and redesign it, so it functions better and fits the customer’s style.
In her spare time, Leasha enjoys spending time with her family (husband and daughter) and hiking with her two dogs, Denver (Bernese Mountain Dog) and Shamrock (Shammy for short-Golden Retriever).

Brad spent his early years flipping houses before he made the decision to get his Builder’s License. Even after 20 + years in the industry, Brad still loves the construction business. He spent the majority of his building career doing remodels. Recently he found a new passion doing sales and consulting in the hardwood flooring world. As time passed, he branched out to all flooring product sales. Brad enjoys working with builders, as well as helping homeowners picking out the best material for their project. His vast knowledge of construction and flooring make him a valuable asset to the Straight Line Design Team. In his free time, Brad loves to hunt, fish, and spend time with his wife and 2 children. From a very young age, Valerie knew she would be an interior designer. After graduating from Kendall College of Art & Design, Valerie started working in the construction industry. She has worn many hats within the building industry but enjoys kitchen and bathroom design the most. Valerie likes combining the architectural portion, with the creative part, and most of all enjoys helping clients complete their vision. Leif developed a love for “remodel” early in life when her mom gave her numerous opportunities to redesign her bedroom or a space in their home. That love continued to grow and turned into a passion for remodeling and a career in Kitchen/Bath Design.
Leif started out working with Floor covering and then went to Kendall for a Degree in Interior Design. After graduating, Leif worked in granite and plumbing sales all while running her own Kitchen Design business.
Leif describes herself as the “House Whisperer”. She loves to understand the history and structure of a house and determine if it has “good bones” (as she calls it). She can then visualize the space in 3D and create it into exactly what the customer wants for their remodeled home.
Leif loves spending time with her family (2 daughters and 2 cats). She also enjoys listening to music, golfing, kayaking, hanging by the pool, and creating fun new things.

Rachel was born and raised in Grand Rapids. She went to Kendall College of Art & Design and graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Design. Rachel knew it was the perfect career choice for her ever since she was young! Rachel dabbled in a lot of areas with interior design because she loves it all and wants to know it all!
She started out working in the tile industry, and jumped from office furniture, to cabinets, to custom homes, back to cabinets (because she loves it)! She has a big interest in green materiality choices and knowing how to install. Rachel would love to be able to do all installs on her own! When a customer approaches her, Rachel wants them to know they are talking to an expert! Plus the technical part of design works well for her OCD.
Rachel’s incredible family includes her older brother Kevin, mom Kim, dad Dan, and supportive boyfriend who is the father of our two beautiful pupplings, Kendo and Cece (both scrunchy faced, wrinkly, and filled with love).
